Annihilation

Annihilation traces the futile human attempt to grasp something greater than ourselves. At first, she appears as divinity — light, beauty, perfection — but this vision is only ever ours.

The closer we try to capture her, the more the image fractures: serenity un-ravels into instability, detail collapses into distortion. In the end, she does not change for us, she reflects us back — a hyper-feminine idol, plastic and uncanny.

The annihilation is not hers, but ours: a reminder that the pursuit of perfection leads only to the mirror of our own limitations.
